We're looking for a proactive Procurement Administrator to support our operations and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
General Office Administration
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Filing and organizing digital and physical documents
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
IT Asset & Inventory Management
- Tracking hardware and software inventory
- Coordinating procurement and delivery of IT equipment
- Ensuring warranty and license records are up to date
Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
- Creating and managing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers and distributors
- Comparing quotes and negotiating pricing
- Monitoring delivery timelines and resolving delays
- Reconciling invoices and coordinating with finance
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintaining client contracts, SLAs
- Assisting with GDPR, or other compliance documentation
Client & Team Support
- Updating CRM systems with client details and service notes
- Supporting ticketing systems (ConnectWise)
- Assisting with internal communications and team coordination
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adaptability to new IT systems and tools
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident negotiation and vendor management capabilities
Additional Information/Company Benefits
- 20 days plus bank holidays. You will receive and additional days holiday every year after 2 years of employment up to a maximum of 25 days

- This is office-based role with normal working hours of 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week). However, flexible working will be considered.
