Customer Success Manager

c. £50,000 Basic + Car + Bonus + Benefits West Midlands | UK Manufacturing | IoT Solutions Our client is a well-established UK manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Customer Success Manager to strengthen their commercial function and elevate the customer experience.This is a pivotal role focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account development. You will work closely with Sales, Projects, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure customers receive a seamless, high-quality experience from initial handover through delivery and ongoing support.

The Role
  • Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for a portfolio of UK customers
  • Manage smooth onboarding, delivery, and ongoing customer support
  • Build trusted, long-term customer relationships
  • Proactively resolve IoT/software-related issues and manage expectations
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth
The ideal background
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role is essential
  • Comfortable working in a IoT software ,manufacturing, engineering or project-led environment
  • Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Customer-focused, commercially aware, and solutions-driven
