AV Break-Fix Engineer – Level 2

Up to £45,000 + benefits
40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Lorien is working with a global technology integrator to find a skilled AV Break-Fix Engineer (Level 2) to join a collaborative team supporting a prestigious financial services site in London. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting AV and VC systems across meeting rooms and event spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing technical support for AV/VC systems and live events
- Diagnosing and resolving faults with AV equipment and control systems
- Supporting video/audio conferencing setups and remote users
- Performing preventative maintenance and system checks
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
- Assisting with AV setups for office relocations and new installations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of AV signal flow and control systems (e.g., Crestron)
- Experience with Cisco VC systems and Microsoft Teams/Teams Rooms
- Ability to troubleshoot AV issues and implement effective fixes
- Familiarity with LCD/DLP projector maintenance and AV broadcasting
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to read technical drawings and apply them in real-world scenarios
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Surface Hubs
- AV installation experience (preferred but not essential)
