What You'll Do:
- Lead the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions—built in-house or sourced from top vendors.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure seamless launches.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at speed.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, UAT, and ensure every solution is secure, scalable, and ready for adoption.
- Drive proofs of concept for the latest AI platforms and tools.
- Champion change management and business readiness for every release.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in delivery management (AI, digital, data, or product environments).
- A knack for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on leadership—action over reporting, always!
- Experience enabling self-organising teams and navigating complex organisations.
- Strong communicator, comfortable with risk escalation and fast-paced delivery.
