Product Owner

We're looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to lead the development of "My Account" and loyalty features across web and app channels for a major UK transport hub. You'll work with three development teams and suppliers, driving improvements in user experience and supporting large-scale transformation projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and prioritise product backlogs for 'My Account' and loyalty features
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple channels and suppliers
  • Use data and insights to drive product enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business

About you:

  • Product Owner experience in B2C environments
  • Experience with 'My Account' section of a website or loyalty programme
  • Comfortable with multi-channel delivery and complex stakeholder landscapes
  • CRM or loyalty background is a plus; highly technical web experience not essential
