Senior Project Manager

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)Contract Length: 6 months initially, with a view to extend Start Date: January 2026 Day Rate: Market reference day rate (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)Reporting To: Executive Leadership

Our client is embarking on a major transformation programme driven by the Executive team, covering approximately 10 strategic workstreams projects. We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead high-profile initiatives that will shape the future of the organisation.

• Deliver end-to-end internal projects within assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Executive Leadership.
• Help drive initiatives such as:
  • Revenue Operations Optimisation
  • Client Migration Programmes
  • US Market Growth
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams within a tech/software environment.
• Ensure timely delivery against agreed milestones and KPIs.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects in tech/software and financial services companies.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams.
• Solid understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and change control.
• Familiarity with financial services technology or SaaS environments (desirable).
• Proficient in project tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
