You'll could be managing a payments or digital or agile delivery project. This role is about you as a true Project Manager leader!

You'll typically spend two days each week in the office - focused on the sessions that genuinely benefit from being in the room together.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning delivery plans end-to-end — building detailed, accurate timelines and keeping them tightly controlled
  • Running RAID like a pro — identifying risks early, managing issues, and driving mitigations with urgency
  • Working hand-in-hand with the business, SMEs and technology teams
  • Managing several small-to-medium changes simultaneously — often shifting, reprioritising, and evolving
  • Leading stakeholder communication with clear, concise, senior-ready updates
  • Removing blockers quickly, ensuring teams maintain momentum
  • Embedding governance and change discipline across all project activity
  • Driving continuous improvement through structured lessons learned
  • Tracking progress against time, cost and outcomes, ensuring benefits are clear and measurable
  • Coordinating readiness, business impacts and BAU adoption for smooth transitions into live service

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager — ideally in financial services, product, payments or marketing change
  • A genuine passion for detailed planning, RAID, documentation and structured delivery
  • Experience leading digital, customer-facing and technology-enabled change
  • Comfortable operating in product-led, agile/scrum environments
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple small changes at pace without losing control
  • Outstanding stakeholder management — confident influencing at all levels
  • A strong analytical mindset, able to simplify complex information quickly
  • Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio (JIRA beneficial)
  • Someone calm, proactive and self-directed, who brings stability and momentum even under pressure
