Our client, a leader in the Financial Services sector, are recruiting for a S2P Programme Manager to join the team on a contract basis.
Role
Working on a Source to Pay transformation looking to deliver a globally unified Source-to-Pay experience that is intuitive for our people and brings us closer to our suppliers, ensuring seamless compliance and control while remaining flexible to meet the diverse needs of all our divisions.
Experience:
- Source to Pay implementation programme management
- Leading global implementation programmes
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for overseeing the overall implementation, is the owner of the Project Plan and coordinates all activities
- Owns RAID logs from a business perspective
- Responsible for work stream leads and the Project Plan
- Responsible for overseeing stakeholder engagement
- Submits reports for the relevant Governance forums
- Facilitates governance meetings, including: steering committee, leadership team meet, design authority and change control meetings
- Inputs into overall test strategy and management of testing governance process
- Provides input and sign-off of the Testing Strategy
- Identify participants for SIT and UAT and supports SI Project Manager with any issues
- Reviews and approves the results of each phase of testing
- Sign-off SIT into UAT
- Sign off UAT testing/ go no-go into production
