Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

We have partnered with a rapidly scaling global technology and blockchain organisation to recruit an accomplished Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead its financial insights and support ambitious growth. Operating at the forefront of innovation, the business requires a hands-on finance leader who can combine strategic vision with commercial rigour.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the FP&A function, driving forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes across a complex, international business.- Act as a trusted business partner to the leadership team, providing actionable insight, challenge, and support for strategic decision-making.- Develop and deliver robust management information, dashboards, and KPIs to support growth and operational efficiency.- Oversee scenario modelling, investment appraisal, and strategic planning for new products, geographies, and partnerships.- Own and improve financial systems and processes, with a particular focus on maximising the use of NetSuite.- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing FP&A team to support the evolving needs of a dynamic business.The profile required is:- A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience in FP&A leadership.- Proven track record of business partnering at senior executive level, ideally in a technology, fintech, or high-growth environment.- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.- Deep working knowledge of NetSuite ERP, with the ability to enhance reporting and processes.- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international, and entrepreneurial culture.This opportunity will provide significant scope for impact and progression within a high-growth global organisation.
