Senior Finance Business Partner
We have partnered with a PE backed telecoms business who due to continued growth now have a requirement to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner. The role will lead on financial business partnering across the Design and Build functions, providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure optimal financial performance. With oversight of c. £0.5bn CAPEX investment annually, the Senior Finance Business Partner will have a direct impact on and play a pivotal role in one of the UK's most significant infrastructure rollouts. Managing a team of two, the role will drive robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while embedding a culture of commercial accountability across operational stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Lead business partnering with Design and Build leadership teams, providing clear financial insight, challenge, and recommendations.- Drive effective financial planning and performance management across c. £0.5bn of annual capital investment.- Manage, develop, and mentor a team of two finance professionals.-Deliver high-quality analysis to support strategic decision-making, investment appraisal, and risk management.-Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring financial considerations are embedded in operational strategy and delivery.-Continuously improve processes and controls to optimise capital efficiency and resource allocation.The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in senior finance business partnering roles.
