Retail Banking Analytics Solutions Consultant | London | Hybrid | Permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Banking Analytics Solutions Consultant to join our Banking & Capital Markets segment in London.
About the role
This is a client-facing, solutions-oriented position (not hands-on coding) responsible for shaping analytics-led propositions, driving commercial conversations, and supporting business development across retail banking analytics.
You will engage directly with senior banking stakeholders, lead solution design, support pre-sales activities, and help grow the analytics portfolio and P&L.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics initiatives across retail banking domains — collections & recoveries, underwriting, marketing, fraud, and risk/regulatory reporting.
- Translate complex business challenges into pragmatic analytics-enabled solutions.
- Drive client conversations, proposals, and pitches; own solution design and commercial structuring.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, bid responses, and presentations.
- Partner with delivery teams to scope projects and resource plans.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow the analytics footprint.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with measurable client impact.
Required Experience
- 8–10 years' analytics experience in Financial Services, with strong Retail Banking exposure.
- Proven track record in solutioning, client engagement, and business development.
- Experience delivering analytics projects in consulting or large service organisations (Big Four / tier-1 consulting experience desirable).
- Strong stakeholder management and confident client presentation skills.
- Understanding of fraud, alternative data, or AI/ML concepts (nice to have, not required hands-on).
- Commercial mindset — experience contributing to P&L growth.
- UK market experience required.
