Sales Manager - RegTech

MERJE are partnering with a start-up RegTech as they look to hire a Sales Manager to support their growth plans the next few years.

Backed by tier 1 investors, they are looking to build on their recent success across the UK & European Banking & Financial Services markets.

They are looking for a credible Sales Manger who understands how large organizations buy transformation, someone who can combine strategic insight, advisory, and trusted relationships to help shape how AI enters the enterprise world.

You will:

  • Partner with the founders to build and execute the GTM playbook, from lead generation to close.
  • Run consultative, solution-oriented sales processes with tier 1 banks and financial institutions
  • Lead full-cycle B2B deals with legal and compliance teams
  • Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years of B2B sales experience in financial services (SaaS, consulting, founder or tech-enabled services)
  • Deep understanding of how large financial institutions buy and implement transformation and technological change
  • Proven track record of driving deals and long-cycle relationships
  • Ambitious and motivated to build and scale something from the ground up
