Customer Service Advisor / IT Administrator
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor / IT Administrator Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and their needs have been met Create pick lists using stock management software. Hours: Monday to Friday. Sundays on rotation Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
