Security Account Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued reseller and MSP partners. As a trusted advisor, you will assist clients in identifying the most suitable cybersecurity solutions to meet their business needs, thereby driving revenue, gross profit, and long-term customer satisfaction. • Proven experience in Cyber Security, with a strong understanding of security solutions and industry practices
• Experience in account management or similar client-facing roles within IT and Telecoms sectors
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to partners and clients
• Ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate security solutions to add value and support growth
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction
