As Director of Product Design, you'll lead a team that fuses creativity with conversion, emotion with insight, and bold thinking with measurable impact. You'll shape the experience of millions, from the tap of a button to the feeling they leave with.

What you'll actually do:

 

  • Set the vision and north star for design: a strategy that moves hearts and metrics.
  • Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team that sweats craft, speed, and storytelling.
  • Build the systems and structures that scale design quality without killing creativity.
  • Hardwire data, research, and experimentation into every creative decision.
  • Partner with senior leaders to prove how design drives growth, loyalty, and brand love.
  • Champion AI-powered workflows that make your team faster, sharper, and more inventive.
  • Be the voice of design at the top table, influencing the direction of digital retail itself.

 

You'll thrive here if you

 

  • Have led design at scale in fast-moving, consumer-first brands: retail, lifestyle, or eCommerce.
  • Think beyond UI: you connect pixels to purpose, storytelling to sales.
  • Get excited by speed, growth, and ambiguity: you turn chaos into clarity.
  • Know how to scale design systems without scaling bureaucracy.
  • Have 10+ years in product design, with at least 5 leading teams, shaping strategy, and driving impact.
  • Are curious, culturally tuned in, and allergic to "how it's always been done."
