Project Manager – M&A Migration | Tracking Software

📍 Location: Remote UK (with sporadic travel)

📆 Contract: 6 months initial

🚀 Start date: Monday 16th February ideally

💷 Rate: £600 per day (Inside IR35)

A high-profile M&A integration programme is underway, requiring a business-critical systems migration to consolidate multiple environments into a single centralised OPSYS (tracking software) platform.

This is a mission-critical programme with a fixed deadline, and the organisation needs a proven Project Manager to take ownership, accelerate delivery, and ensure success.

Your mission:

• Lead the OPSYS migration (tracking software) programme end-to-end, from planning through cutover and stabilisation
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and controls
• Align multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders across teams
• Identify and manage risk in a live, high-stakes environment
• Accelerate delivery against a fixed, non-negotiable deadline

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience with tracking software and projects within that
• A strong, delivery-focused Project Manager with experience in complex, high-visibility programmes
• Experienced in large-scale systems migrations and driving results in time-critical scenarios
• Confident operating within M&A or integration programmes
• Skilled in governance, stakeholder management, and driving accountability
• Calm under pressure and decisive when it matters
