Overview
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Change Management & Adoption Consultant to support organisations in successfully adopting AI and digital technologies. This role suits someone with experience in change management or user adoption who enjoys working in a client-facing professional services environment and loves all things Microsoft 365!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AI and digital adoption workshops for client teams
• Partner with business leaders and executive sponsors to drive effective change management
• Advise clients on adoption, training, and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure aligned client guidance
• Support project managers by helping manage budgets, risks, and delivery milestones

Skills & Experience

• Experience delivering change management or technology adoption programmes, ideally across Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Strong workshop facilitation and client consulting experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot
• Background working with private sector clients
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
• Experience within a consulting or professional services environment
• Exposure to pre-sales activity, proposals, or identifying client opportunities
