Sales Executive – Insurtech

West London | Office-based (5 days, moving to 4+1)

Our client is an established but still early-stage Insurtech business based in West London, and they are at a genuinely exciting point in their journey.

Having already completed two successful funding rounds, they’ve built a unique product that’s landing well in the market. Demo leads convert strongly into customers, the proposition resonates, and demand is growing. The foundations are firmly in place — now it’s about scaling.

This is an opportunity to join early enough to really make your mark, but with the reassurance that the business is already a few years in, proven, funded, and set up to grow — including internationally over time.

The Role

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys being on the phone, building relationships, influencing decisions and closing deals.

You’ll be working inbound demo leads and engaging prospects, taking them through the product, understanding their needs, and converting interest into long-term customers. You’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how sales is done as the company grows.

It’s a small team environment, so this suits someone who likes being involved, contributing ideas, and rolling their sleeves up rather than hiding behind process.

You don’t need insurance experience — the product can be taught. What they’re really looking for is the right mindset.
