One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Data and Insights Analyst.

Location – Hybrid – Warwickshire / Remote

£40,000 – 45,000 + 17.5% bonus

You will play a pivotal role in enabling data-led decision making within an Enterprise Change Portfolio. This is a high-impact role that supports the successful delivery of change initiatives by providing expert analysis, performance tracking, and visual storytelling to senior stakeholders.

Role:

• Deliver insightful analysis and reporting, using advanced data manipulation and visualisation techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical needs and provide thematic insights that enhance decision making.
• Monitor key performance indicators and resource allocation trends, offering recommendations to optimise delivery outcomes.
• Lead the production of accurate, timely, and engaging reports that support portfolio governance and performance tracking.
• Support budget forecasting and expenditure monitoring to ensure financial alignment with departmental objectives.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to build data literacy and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyse programme and project controls to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, helping to mitigate potential impacts.

Experience:

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data visualisation and modelling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and influence outcomes.
• Desirable – experience in a project, programme, portfolio or PMO environment.
