The Role

  • Take ownership of customer renewals, developing smart, value-led strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts.
  • Work across internal teams to ensure seamless contract management and proactive client engagement ahead of renewal milestones.
  • Use data insights and strong relationship management to identify upsell opportunities and minimise churn.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring long-term satisfaction and alignment between solution delivery and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success to enhance client experience throughout the lifecycle.

The Person

  • Proven experience in software renewals, account management, or customer success within a tech, SaaS, or IT services organisation.
  • A commercial mindset — you thrive on hitting targets, protecting revenue, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to navigate complex contracts and negotiate win-win solutions.
  • Technically confident and comfortable discussing software licensing, product functionality, and value propositions.
  • Motivated, structured, and team-oriented, with the drive to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
