MLA Fractional Legal Services is supporting a high‐growth technology company based in Cambridgeshire. The client is seeking an experienced Fractional General Counsel 2-3 days a week to provide strategic and hands‐on legal support as the business scales.
Role focus
- Lead on commercial contracts and supplier/customer negotiations
- Support IP strategy and technology‐driven agreements
- Strengthen compliance, regulatory readiness, and governance
- Advise the leadership team on risk, operations, and strategic initiatives
About you You’re a senior commercial lawyer with experience in tech, engineering, or advanced manufacturing. You thrive in fast‐moving environments, work autonomously, and bring pragmatic, business‐first legal judgment.
