Senior legal counsel

Senior corporate lawyer required for an exciting role in company that makes high profile large cap acquisitions regularly.

Working with the investment team and top tier external counsel, this is a transactional role for a technically brilliant M&A lawyer, who will review and manage the documentation for acquisitions the company considers and those it makes.

Co sec/regulatory and other legal issues are not part of this role.

Reporting to the CIO, CEO and GC.

4 days in the office, 1 WFH

Requirements:

• UK qualified solicitor
• Top tier academics
• 7 years plus pqe at a top tier City firm in their mergers and acquisitions department (more senior candidates will be considered).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
