What You'll Be Doing

As an IT Engineer (Level 2), you'll play a key role in delivering excellent technical support and ensuring our clients stay happy, secure, and productive.

Own 1st–2nd line issues and assist with 3rd line or projects under the guidance of senior team members

Manage client systems - Windows Desktop/Server, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, and VOIP

Support IT projects, including system upgrades and cloud migrations

Configure and deploy hardware/software with tidy, well-documented setups

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements

Flag potential upsell opportunities to the wider team

Keep tickets accurate, clear, and up to date in HaloPSA

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years' experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment - You might be stepping up from a Technician role and ready for more responsibility, or already in a Level 2 role and looking for better support and growth

Confident troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Azure, VOIP, Windows Server/Desktop, networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)

Able to balance priorities, think on your feet, and own issues through to resolution

A clear communicator who builds trust with clients

Motivated, dependable, and always looking for ways to add value

Full UK Driving Licence (essential for going out to see our awesome clients)
