Sales Development Executive (Hybrid/Remote)

As a Sales Executive, you will act as an ambassador for the company and be the first contact for prospective new clients.
You will be responsible for booking new business meetings for your Account Executive (AE), prospecting and researching new clients you can approach, and qualifying and converting different opportunities from the marketing team.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s ready to make an impact, book high-quality meetings, and help us reach more education leaders.
You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients — identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll combine smart research, creative outreach, and persistence to break into target accounts.
This is a high-energy, target-driven role where success is rewarded with clear progression opportunities into Account Executive or Leadership positions.
What You’ll Do
- Research, prospect, and outreach to senior decision-makers in education.
- Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Book discovery meetings for your Account Executive team.
- Maintain activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to refine campaigns and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in an SDR or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.
- Resilient — comfortable with high outbound volume and rejection.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow your career.
- Passionate about tech, education, or social impact.
