About the Opportunity Maslow are supporting a global business with a rich heritage and a forward-thinking digital strategy. They're investing heavily in technology to create a lean, modern, and connected global IT landscape.

As Applications Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and optimising the company's applications, from those as small as Spotify, to business-critical applications. You'll take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from on-boarding and integration through to renewal, upgrades, and decommissioning, while leading testing and quality assurance activities across global initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for application lifecycle management, onboarding, renewals, vendor management, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Lead end-to-end testing for SAP and other key systems across global projects and change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts aligned to business requirements.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report on test progress and quality metrics.
  • Manage defects and drive continuous improvement in test processes and tools.
  • Support global application governance, ensuring compliance with IT and security standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors across multiple regions.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in application management and test leadership within complex, multi-system environments.
  • Knowledge of application testing and integration between enterprise applications. (you'll have the chance to learn SAP testing)
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
