Mason Frank is currently working with a rapidly growing software business who are looking to bring in a Salesforce Admin to lead their service cloud instance alongside senior members of the team.
- Salesforce Admin (Service Cloud)
- 2 Days a week in the central London office
- Salary £50,000 -£60,000
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the configuration and support of Salesforce and third-party tools
- Collaborate with technical leadership & wider Salesforce team
- Act as Service Cloud SME for users and senior stakeholders
- Identify a new business process
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience working with Service Cloud administration (Including Omni Channel and routing process)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Hands-on automation expeirence
