Salesforce Admin (Service Cloud Specialist)

Mason Frank is currently working with a rapidly growing software business who are looking to bring in a Salesforce Admin to lead their service cloud instance alongside senior members of the team.

  • Salesforce Admin (Service Cloud)
  • 2 Days a week in the central London office
  • Salary £50,000 -£60,000

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the configuration and support of Salesforce and third-party tools
  • Collaborate with technical leadership & wider Salesforce team
  • Act as Service Cloud SME for users and senior stakeholders
  • Identify a new business process

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience working with Service Cloud administration (Including Omni Channel and routing process)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on automation expeirence
