IT Systems Consultant – About the role
The primary function of the System Consultant is to support the day to day running of systems within the group in order to service our brokers. Provide cover for the internal helpdesk and through on-site visits using knowledge of the Acturis broking application software and internal procedures.
IT Systems Consultant – Key duties
Developing and maintaining a high level of business application product knowledge.
Help the systems team manage the helpdesk by providing user support on system functionality and procedure. Provide email/telephone support to all customers in respect of system functionality.
Developing and maintaining learning and support materials.
Analyse user training needs in respect of new software releases and procedural changes.
Support the Head of Systems with projects to improve the Acturis processes.
Maintain comprehensive records of support tickets using the helpdesk application.
Support with admin tasks such as new starter processes.
Ownership of Onboarding process for Acturis builds. Including any basic client population automations are completed correctly and any specific broker system needs are implemented where available.
Monitor and implement continuous improvements of the system.
Visit brokers who need more comprehensive support with the Acturis system.
Monitor areas outside of Acturis that need maintenance, such as other CRMs that brokers may use.
IT Systems Consultant – Key requirements
Minimum of 3 years Acturis experience
Computer literate in Microsoft products
Experience in Customer Services
