A fast-growing, technology-led media group is looking for an experienced Office Manager to help keep the business running smoothly as it scales. Operating across multiple media brands and platforms, this is a hands-on role at the heart of a dynamic, creative and data-driven organisation.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things office operations, supporting senior leaders, enabling teams to do their best work, and helping shape a positive, high-performance working environment.

The role

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office
  • Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and suppliers
  • Manage office budgets, contracts and facilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, working closely with People and IT teams
  • Support senior stakeholders with diary coordination, travel and ad-hoc admin
  • Own health and safety, office policies and compliance processes
  • Help organise team events, company meetings and culture initiatives
  • Continuously improve processes to support a scaling, fast-moving business

About you

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager or similar
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, changing environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern workplace tools
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to juggle competing priorities
