Our client, operating within the technology sector, is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT support team on a contract basis. This role is integral to ensuring seamless IT operations and maintaining high standards of customer service within the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities: You will be joining the IT support team where you'll provide expert assistance in resolving technical issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting both hardware and software problems, managing and maintaining support tickets, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of support requests. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations, while meticulously documenting and logging support activities and resolutions.
