Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer

The Job:

• Lead technical design on land development projects, focusing on highways, external works, and drainage.

• Manage and deliver project packages to time, cost, and quality standards.

• Undertake and review design using Civil 3D, with drainage design software experience desirable (InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, or Causeway Flow).

• Prepare reports, specifications, and design documentation.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and statutory bodies to resolve technical issues.

• Contribute to bid preparation and business development opportunities.

Desired Experience:

• Proven design experience in land development, utilities, highways, and drainage.

• Strong technical expertise in Civil 3D.

• Experience with drainage design software desirable but not essential.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary input and deliver practical, buildable designs.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders.

• Working towards or achieved Incorporated or Chartered status (IEng/CEng).
