Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + quarterly bonus

The Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll support and gradually take ownership of a portfolio of clients across sport, events, and music.
This is not a passive account management role. You’ll be encouraged to develop a commercial mindset - spotting opportunities, supporting account growth, and learning how revenue is generated in a SaaS environment.
You’ll work closely with senior team members as you build confidence and responsibility.

- Is a graduate or early in their career (around 1 year in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles)
- Is commercially curious and proactive
- Wants to develop a business development mindset
- Has an interest in sports, music, or live events
- Is comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
Bilingual or multilingual candidates will have an advantage, but not a requirement
Experience in ticketing, venues, or consumer platforms is a bonus, not essential.
