Base Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

A major UK financial services organisation is transforming its Payments business and is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive complex digital and software-led change within its Financial Crime capabilities.

• Proven experience delivering technology or digital change in Financial Services
• Strong background in software implementation and transformation, ideally within Financial Crime
• Experience working in large, complex, regulated environments
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior levels
• Strong delivery mindset with a focus on risk, controls and outcomes
