Workday Business Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our Workday platform across multiple functional areas. This role requires strong Workday configuration skills, deep functional knowledge, and the ability to partner with HR and business leaders to deliver effective global system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert across modules, providing guidance, configuration support, and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement scalable Workday solutions globally.
  • Configure and maintain Workday functionality, including business processes, EIBs, calculated fields, and reports.
  • Manage and support custom organizations, ensuring accurate hierarchy structures and alignment with business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system improvements.
  • Support Workday releases by evaluating new features, conducting impact assessments, and performing testing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and system enhancements.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to drive adoption and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Workday certifications in HCM, Talent, Compensation (including Advanced Compensation), with additional module certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional/business analyst experience.
  • Proven experience working with custom organizations within Workday.
  • Must be able to recommend setups, business process efficiencies, and job profile structures.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent management, compensation cycles, and organizational structures.
  • Ability to perform independent Workday configuration and translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
