This is a varied role where youll provide helpdesk support across hardware, software, and networks, while also supporting IT projects and keeping systems running smoothly.

? First-line IT support across systems, devices & cybersecurity ? Manage and support mobile devices, upgrades & accessories ? Troubleshoot networks, Wi-Fi, routers & switches ? Deploy, configure & maintain IT equipment ? Liaise with external vendors and suppliers What were looking for: Previous IT support experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows & 365 Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices Full UK driving licence (willing to travel to sites) This role would suit someone confident, detail-oriented, and eager to make a real difference.
