Technical Programme Manager – 12‑Month Fixed-Term Contract | £90,000 + benefits | 2/3 days per week into Central London

Method Resourcing have partnered with a large technology-driven company who are looking for a Technical Programme Manager on a 12 Month FTC to lead major change initiatives that will reshape how their teams operate, modernise their technology ecosystem, and create meaningful improvements for both colleagues and customers.

This is a senior role interacting with C-Suite, focused on improving internal efficiency and consolidating systems across a large, complex tech estate. It’s all about assessing what’s in place, and helping the C-suite make smarter, more efficient decisions on their technology systems, not building customer-facing products or APIs. Therefore, it is crucial applicants have experience managing internal tech programmes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Technical Programme Manager or Technical Project Manager within a digital or technology‑driven environment.
• A strong history of delivering internal tech transformation initiatives, ideally involving system rationalisation or technology optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical concepts in a compelling and accessible way for any audience.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across departments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and modern programme management practices.
• Understanding of engineering workflows, data platforms, and performance/observability tooling.
• An interest in AI and emerging technologies, with an enthusiasm for how they can streamline processes and improve outcomes.
• A structured, analytical approach to decision‑making, paired with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• The ability to work autonomously while managing multiple streams of work simultaneously.
