IT Support Analyst, is required for a leading organisation for a 3 month contract, paying from £150 - £175 / day (inside IR35).
Working withing the IT support and IT infrastructure team, the IT Support Analyst will be providing 1st line / 2nd line IT support both deskside and via the IT service desk to users across the organisation. You’ll be supporting across Office 365 and some of the wider Microsoft 365 suite – Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Intune as well as Windows Server.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1st Line / 2nd Line support to users
- Desktop support, Service Desk support
- Hardware support, software support
What you'll need:
- Strong 1st Line / 2nd Line Support experience
- Strong experience in supporting Office 365 and some of the wider Microsoft 365 tech stake
- Experience in Azure AD
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
This position would suit a 1st Line Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst / Support Engineer / Desktop Engineer / IT Technician / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Support Engineer, who has strong 1st line / 2nd line support experience.
