EA to Directors

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to directors, including diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared and distributed promptly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Supporting HR activities such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and process administration
  • Managing sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Helping maintain compliance, governance, and audit-ready processes
  • Identifying ways to improve efficiency, structure, and communication across the business

Profile

A successful EA to Directors should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar executive assistant or high-level administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A professional and adaptable attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in the Technology & Telecoms sector is advantageous.
  • Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and managing sensitive information.

Job Offer

  • Has proven experience as an EA or senior PA within a corporate or highly regulated environment (e.g. finance, tech, legal, healthcare, security, or similar)
  • Is comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders with different working styles
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality, compliance, and governance
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with both internal teams and external clients
  • Enjoys being hands-on, proactive, and trusted to get things done
  • Excellent Salary of circa £35k - £40k
