EA to Directors

Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to directors, including diary management and travel arrangements.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared and distributed promptly.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Supporting HR activities such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and process administration
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Helping maintain compliance, governance, and audit-ready processes
- Identifying ways to improve efficiency, structure, and communication across the business
Profile
A successful EA to Directors should have:
- Proven experience in a similar executive assistant or high-level administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A professional and adaptable attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in the Technology & Telecoms sector is advantageous.
- Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and managing sensitive information.
Job Offer

- Is comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders with different working styles
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Understands the importance of confidentiality, compliance, and governance
- Communicates confidently and professionally with both internal teams and external clients
- Enjoys being hands-on, proactive, and trusted to get things done
- Excellent Salary of circa £35k - £40k
