Description
- Design and deliver CRM system training sessions for staff members.
- Develop user-friendly training materials and documentation.
- Assess training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff on CRM system use.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system updates and changes are communicated effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM system developments and best practices.
Profile
A successful Training Officer (CRM Systems) should have:
- Experience in delivering training, preferably within CRM systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems in general (Full training will be given)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and resources.
