Description

The Graduate Support Analyst's duties include:

  • Managing the daily operations and maintenance of multiple exchange platforms.

  • Providing first-line support by answering calls, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.

  • Monitoring and enhancing security reference data for admissions, withdrawals, and amendments of securities.

  • Collaborating with departments such as Compliance, Infrastructure, and Sales to ensure seamless platform operations.

  • Creating and deploying necessary changes, troubleshooting issues, and compiling outage reports for incidents.

Profile

The ideal Graduate Support Analyst candidate will have some experience in a technical support role, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Unix/Linux servers. They should have a strong understanding of UK and EU equity markets, and excellent communication skills. Prior scripting experience and familiarity with version control tools are also beneficial.
