Description
The Contracts Solicitor will be:
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing SaaS agreements and service contracts
- Managing a diverse caseload of contracts across public and private sectors
- Advising on public procurement regulations and compliance requirements
- Supporting the business through tender processes and contract frameworks
- Collaborating with sales, procurement, and stakeholders
- Helping to optimise legal templates and streamline contract workflows
- Mitigating legal and commercial risk through sound legal advice
Profile
The Contracts Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating SaaS and cloud-based contracts
- Skilled in public procurement law and frameworks
- Commercially minded with strong interpersonal and advisory skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
