Description

As a Business Development Manager you will take ownership of developing and scaling the UK EV proposition, with a strong focus on fleet, workplace and partner-led opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and winning new EV and fleet-focused business across the UK
  • Building relationships with fleet operators, leasing companies, installers, utilities and strategic partners
  • Developing go-to-market strategies for EV charging and connected fleet solutions
  • Managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Feeding market insight back into product and commercial teams to shape the offering
  • Representing the business at industry events and within key EV and fleet networks

Profile

The Business Development Manager will be commercially driven, credible with senior stakeholders, and comfortable operating in a fast-evolving market.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven B2B business development experience in EV, fleet, energy, mobility or connected technology
  • A strong understanding of fleet decision-makers and buying cycles
  • Experience selling solutions rather than standalone products
  • The ability to open doors, build partnerships and close high-value deals
  • A self-starting mindset with the confidence to shape a growing proposition
