Description

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • Gather and document business requirements to support technology-driven projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Create detailed project documentation, including process flows and functional specifications.
  • Support testing and implementation phases to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between the Technology department and other business units.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience in business analysis within the Property industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology-driven processes and solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent test management experience.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and process flows.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
