Description

  • Oversee and review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.
  • Work closely with external auditors during audits and reviews.

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing financial accounts within a similar industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
