Interim Employee Relations Specialist – Sussex / Surrey Border

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £65–70k FTE

Middlemore is partnering with a privately owned, PE-backed Data Analytics & Infrastructure organisation to appoint an Interim Employee Relations Business Partner at a critical point in their growth journey.

You’ll be joining during a pivotal phase, with real scope to influence the people agenda for 2026 and beyond.

If you’re an experienced ER Specialist or a People Partner with strong ER capability, and you’re looking to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, this role could be for you.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong, hands-on experience in an ER-focused role within a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage complex and high-risk ER cases Line management experience with a coaching and development approach
• A resilient, pragmatic style and a continuous improvement mindset
• You’ll be trusted to partner closely with leaders, shape ER practice, and support the organisation through its next phase of growth.
