Remuneration: £53,000-£60,000

The role of the Technical Project Manager Modular Buildings will involve:

Technical Project Manager dealing with permanent modular buildings in the healthcare sector across the United Kingdom.

Conducting site surveys of potential installation sites and understanding unique site requirements

Liaising with authorities in terms of the connection and accessibility of services and connection

Creating plans regarding delivery and installation of modular healthcare buildings

Ensuring that projects are completed to the highest levels, to standards and client specifications

Working on 10-15 projects a year

Working on projects from £0.5-£10 million

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Project Manager Modular Buildings with:

Must have experience within the modular building sector

Ideally have had project management experience working within modular buildings and/or delivery and installation

Drivers Licence

Strong communication skills across all levels both written and verbal

Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills

Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
