The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a UK-based healthcare technology company delivering digital platforms across both consumer and B2B markets. Their products support improved performance, transparency and decision-making within a regulated sector.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing & Commercial to lead demand generation, brand positioning and revenue growth across a portfolio of digital products. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for aligning marketing, sales and customer success to build a scalable and predictable commercial engine.
Key Responsibilities for Head of Marketing & Commercial;
- Lead B2B and B2C marketing strategy, including brand, content, SEO, paid media and partnerships
- Drive demand generation and pipeline growth for B2B SaaS products
- Design and manage the sales funnel from lead through to live customer
- Oversee SDR/BDR activity and outbound strategy
- Provide oversight of customer success, onboarding, retention and upsell
- Own CRM (Salesforce) standards, reporting and forecasting
About You;
- Proven B2B marketing leader within SaaS or data-led products
- Experience building and scaling demand generation engines
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM and revenue metrics
- Confident managing cross-functional commercial teams
- Data-driven, commercially minded and comfortable in regulated environments
