Job Description -
- Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
- Partner with Global Client Lead on strategic road mapping and global business plan implementation across client & agency relationships at all levels.
- Focus includes revenue acceleration, driving Product Solution adoption and best practices, and managing co-investment bonus for the partnership.
- Lead media best practices, strategy, & measurement learnings and optimization.
- In partnership with Marketing Science, lead the global Learning Agenda and ensure alignment
- Translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to influence decision making.
- Partner with regional and local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and provide the highest service levels to the clients and agencies.
- Enable knowledge exchange across the account with clients and with stakeholders, global, regional and local teams.
- Partner with stakeholders including Marketing Science, Product, Solutions Engineering, Creative Shop and other orgs
- Lead, build and manage relationships with key exec clients and media agency partners and their teams.
- Develop best-in-class capability building programs at the client and the agency that empower regions and local markets to drive optimal solution adoption at scale.
- Support with de-bugging of platform issues, questions and solution mapping.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally.
Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for leading key strategic workstreams, providing expertise on advertising products and platform solutions, driving media and measurement strategy, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Working with the agency delivering the plan, pulling reports for QBRs. Internally working with tools specially on product adoption and accelerating adoption.
- Scaling best practices and identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Working with other CSMs and influencing any changes through communicating.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Marketing science, product, solutions engineering and creative shop.
- Experience collaborating with and partnering across internal teams and external client/agency partners.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in effective problem-solving.
- Looking at data for insights to action globally, and putting the data into action.
- Escalation management as issues can escalate fast. Understanding how to de-big platform issues and solution mapping as an example of issues that can escalate.
