IT Infrastructure Engineer - CCNA Certified - Northamptonshire (*site based full-time*)

Purpose of the role is to…

 Lead by example as a senior technical escalation point for a broad range of IT support

topics

 Manage stakeholders within IT and the business while delivering complex projects.

 Delivering exceptional customer service under pressure

 Operational support at a senior technical level, within a

medium to large sized enterprise

 Supporting and diagnosing enterprise WAN and LAN

infrastructure.

 Planning, organising, leading and delivering complex,

fast-moving workloads with both internal and external 3rd

party resources

 Working to recognised methodologies i.e. (ITIL, Agile)

 A broad range of technical experience within a fast paced,

dynamic environment

 Supporting junior colleagues via mentoring, training, and

documentation

Demonstrate knowledge of…

 Enterprise application, middleware, and infrastructure

technologies

 Managing and deploying to cloud platforms

 Database support, administration, and optimisation

 Scripting, orchestration, and automation techniques

 Capacity, performance, and availability monitoring

 Security, vulnerability, and malware threat prevention

 Desirable - Working in F1 or F2 or equivalent racing led business

Hold these qualifications…

 Degree or relevant qualifications in a technology or

science subject

 Hold the following (or relevant equivalent):

o Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

o ITIL v3/v4 foundation level
