- Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other innovative channels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and SaaS roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver talent strategies that meet business needs.
- Utilise data and analytics to inform decisions, track progress, and optimise sourcing strategies.
- Drive recruitment at pace while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally within SaaS or FinTech environments.
- Strong track record of sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Ability to work at speed without compromising attention to detail.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to guide recruitment decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
